Fly Cleared is in private beta and waitlist stage. This page explains how the marketing site handles waitlist information.

What we collect

The waitlist asks for your email address. After signup, an optional profile step may ask for role, organization name, school size, aircraft count, student count, and the biggest operational pain you want help with.

How we use it

We use waitlist information to understand demand, prioritize product conversations, invite early users, and learn which school profiles are the best fit.

Waitlist processing

Waitlist and optional profile submissions are sent to our waitlist system so we can manage early-access conversations. The site may also save a copy in your browser to keep the signup flow smooth if you complete the optional profile step.

Analytics

If analytics are enabled, we use them to understand page views, waitlist conversion, and content performance. Analytics are used for product and content decisions, not aviation training, proficiency, or safety determinations.

Aviation boundaries

Fly Cleared does not certify pilot proficiency, replace a CFI, replace FAA guidance, issue endorsements, sign logbooks, provide official weather briefings, act as dispatch authority, or replace required aircraft maintenance records, inspections, airworthiness decisions, or sign-offs.
